We honor the memory of Thomas J. Novak, whose leadership, integrity, and unwavering dedication helped shape Sheehan & Company for more than four decades. Tom joined the firm in 1979, became a Partner in 1988, served as Managing Partner beginning in 2016, and continued as a trusted Consultant following his retirement in 2022.

A respected advisor, mentor, and visionary leader, Tom inspired generations of colleagues through his wisdom, optimism, and commitment to excellence. He believed every challenge had a solution and often reminded those around him, "We always land on our feet." His impact extends far beyond our firm through his service to the accounting profession and the many charitable and community organizations he supported.

Tom's legacy lives on in the culture of Sheehan & Company, the clients he served, the professionals he mentored, and the countless lives he touched. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
